From Highway 50, exit East Bidwell Street and turn right. Proceed about two miles. Turn right onto Oak Avenue Parkway. Proceed about one-half mile and make a left onto Creekside Drive. Our office is on the right in the Willow Creek Medical Office Park.
FROM EL DORADO HILLS, RESCUE
Take Green Valley Road west into Folsom. Green Valley Rd will become Blue Ravine Road. Continue on Blue Ravine for about one and a half miles. Turn left on Oak Avenue Parkway. Make your first right onto Creekside Drive. Our office is on the right in the Willow Creek Medical Office Park.
FROM GRANITE BAY, ROSEVILLE, ROCKLIN, ORANGEVALE, LINCOLN
Take Folsom-Auburn Rd south. Turn left onto Folsom Lake Crossing. Continue straight onto East Natoma Street for about one mile. Turn right onto Blue Ravine Road. Continue for about one and a half miles. Turn left onto Oak Avenue Parkway. Make your first right onto Creekside Drive. Our office is on the right in the Willow Creek Medical Office Park.
FROM SACRAMENTO, FAIR OAKS, CARMICHAEL, RANCHO CORDOVA, GOLD RIVER
